If you should for any reason whatsoever, decide not to participate in this event, you shall be responsible for the immediate reimbursement of the cost of the airline ticket. This cost shall be reimbursed to the original purchaser of this airline ticket. After 30 days, interest begins to accrue on balances at 10% per month until paid in full. If legal action is required to recover this balance, legal fees shall also be added to the balance.

Any flight credits available will be awarded to you in your name. Since your name appears on the ticket, it cannot be used for anyone else. This ticket cannot be used for future travel with the company, because a mandatory 730 day wait period is required to pass before re-booking cancellations.

Please understand, any baggage fees, seat fees, or changes you make to this ticket are your own financial responsibility. The company will make all reasonable attempts to avoid booking air travel with budget airlines, unless requested.

This agreement is being entered under the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any legal dispute between model and Sibley Entertainment Company, LLC, SHALL be litigated in the State of Louisiana, in the Parish of East Baton Rouge.
