Content Agreement

Another step toward paradise!  This is where we’re agreeing to pay you, and/or give you content to attend this event.  This is also where you confirm your nudity level, and the content we should plan to shoot.

The highest level selected also includes the production of the content preceding it. Example: Selecting Girl/Girl includes the other categories. Each hour long shoot shall progress from non-nude, to topless, to nude, to open leg nude, and eventually masturbation and/or girl/girl.
Erotic videos are how we recoup the cost of the trip. If you want this content to sell, we can accommodate you. Pay will be less if you're receiving the content we make money on.
By selecting Yes, model understands and agrees to these minimum nudity levels. Each set or outfit shall progress to the model's selected nudity level. Specialty erotic videos are only required once per shoot day. If model decides not to produce the agreed upon content, pay and content may be withheld at the company's discretion. In situations of significant content reduction, the company reserves the right to pursue legal options up to, and including the cost of production ($5,000 - $10,000 U.S. Dollars) and court costs.

This agreement is being entered under the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any legal dispute between model and Sibley Entertainment Company, LLC, SHALL be litigated in the State of Louisiana, in the Parish of East Baton Rouge. By signing below, I hereby warrant that I am of full age and have the legal ability to contract in my own name. I have read the above agreement, prior to its execution, and I fully understand the contents of this document. Prior to signing this document, I certify that I am not under the influence of any mind-altering substance(s), and am signing of my own free will. This document shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
